So, I was gluten free for a few years. It started with health issues. I decided to give it a try again 2 weeks ago. Now, I can’t decide if I want to keep it in my diet or back off. I feel bloated, but I have also been eating sugar again this past week. I cut that out months ago. I have gained 4 lbs in 2 weeks. Does bread make you fat?
