Thank you a lot Alison! The website seem very good!

Lot of things change since last time: Now I have more time for me and I learn step back at work. I stop work at home and I begin take time for myself.
My hours change too. I begin the work at 16h45 wednesday and at 17h45 thursday so I have more time for exercise!
I start relativize and I star practice respiration exercise. I’m thinking about yoga.

I’m still stress but I relativize and It’s easier.
I still have to step back again and again for stay…zen!
